Sightings are requested for a young male, smartly dressed who has been seen in the Banbury Rural area, cycling around. On his cycle he has a grinding tool and offers to sharpen tools for a cheap price.

If you see this male in your village please telephone 101 and report date, time and location of the male. Any description or flyers he may have would be helpful. Please request information be past onto Banbury Rural Neighbourhood Police Team.
