The Wardington Village Cinema shows films for the community, so we thought it only right to give the community the opportunity to vote for the next film to be shown. We therefore gave out voting forms at the last film evening and the results are as follows:

Hence, we are pleased to announce that Philomena will be our next film and it will be screened on Saturday 5th April (please disregard the dates shown in the Warbler as these are incorrect).
Philomena is the moving yet funny true story of a mother (Judi Dench) attempting to trace her son taken from her at birth; A journalist (Steve Coogan) picks up the story and helps Philomena to search for her son. This was one of my favourite films of 2013 and I am very much looking forward to seeing it again!

goos idea to have a vote but could you please consider showing Le Weekend another time. Have seen Philomena so will not be attending but agree that it is a great film, Enjoy.
