The Phoenix Pub 2016 Limited Company has been set-up by a group of Wardington residents on behalf of the community, in compliance with the requirements of the Assets of Community Value (England) Regulations 2012, to investigate the feasibility of preparing a business case to potentially acquire the Plough Public House. Residents are welcome to come forward if they have an interest in securing the future of a pub for Upper Wardington and we will ensure you are kept up to date with the latest progress.
