Fairport Convention’s Cropredy Festival 8th – 10th August 2019

Three-day entrance permits will again be available for this years’ Festival at the special price of £40 each. As in previous years, tickets will be offered to every Williamscot resident in the first instance with surplus permits then allotted to the adult children of residents (if they grew up in Williamscot) and their partners and / or grandchildren.

After 30th June, any surplus tickets will be made available to Wardington residents, two per household, on a first come first served basis. Children under 12 years of age accompanied by an adult have free admission. If there are enough tickets available after 15th July, the names of Wardington residents who have requested additional tickets will be allocated on a reasonable request basis. If there is more demand than tickets available for the additional tickets a draw will take place for the allocation of these tickets.

Last year’s entrance arrangements will continue, and the Festival organisers will operate a bracelet collection service only against pre-advised place allocations supplied by myself.

REQUESTS FOR TICKETS FROM WARDINGTON RESIDENTS SHOULD BE MADE AFTER 30TH JUNE VIA THE E-MAIL ADDRESS BELOW, AND WHEN PLACES HAVE BEEN ALLOCATED I WILL ADVISE APPLICANTS BY TELEPHONE OR E-MAIL OF AVAILABILITY. PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE NAME, ADDRESS AND CONTACT DETAILS (E-MAIL AND TELEPHONE NUMBER) FOR ALL TICKET REQUESTS.

ONCE TICKETS HAVE BEEN ALLOCATED, PAYMENT FOR TICKETS (EXACT CASH OR CHEQUES IN FAVOUR OF WARDINGTON PARISH COUNCIL) WILL NEED TO BE DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS BELOW.
