Wardington Village Cinema Night is Going Ahead as Planned!! Doors open 6.45pm Tomorrow (Friday)

We are very pleased to announce that the Wardington Village Cinema Christmas special screening of Elf will be going ahead as planned! If you haven't let us know you are planning to attend, its not too late, there is plenty of space and payment is taken on the door (£7.50 Standard, £5.50 concessions).  Mulled wine and mince pies included in the price of the ticket. With only 10 people confirmed to attend this Friday's Special Christmas Cinema Night, we are on the verge having to cancel the screening!! Elf at Wardington Village Cinema this Friday 18th December – Doors open earlier than usual at 6.45pm

This is a reminder that we are screening Elf at Wardington Village Cinema this coming Friday (18th December). Please do join us for this wonderful festive family film for all ages, please note the earlier than usual start time (doors open 6.45 pm for a 7.30 pm) which it is hoped will encourage younger villagers to attend. Another new release film will be screening at the Wardington Village Cinema this November!! Wardington Village Cinema – Far from the Madding Crowd – Friday 16th October

Yes that's right - Wardington Village Cinema is showing another fantastic film! This time we are screening The recently released "Far from the Madding Crowd"  on Friday 16th October at 8pm. Based on the literary classic by Thomas Hardy, Far From the Madding Crowd is the story of independent, beautiful and headstrong Bathsheba Everdene (Carey Mulligan), who attracts three very different suitors: Gabriel Oak (Matthias Schoenaerts), a sheep farmer, captivated by her fetching willfulness; Frank Troy (Tom Sturridge), a handsome and reckless Sergeant; and William Boldwood (Michael Sheen), a prosperous and mature bachelor. Wardington Village Cinema is starting again for a new season of films. This month we will be showing the comedy "The Second Best Marigold Hotel" which has an all-star cast including Judi Dench, Maggie Smith, Bill Nighy, Dev Patel and Richard Gere! Check in again for more love and laughter for this heartwarming sequel to The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel!
