Minutes of the Wardington Parish Council Meeting   Location:  Wardington Memorial Hall Date: Tuesday, 23rd May, 2017 (7:30pm) In Attendance: Mr G Page, Mr M Patterson, Mr I Franklin, Mr G Martin, Mrs A Pascoe,      Mr A Crossley, Mr B Jarrett (Clerk) Parishioners: Mrs R Page, Mr S Mackenzie-Lawrie. Apologies: Mr N Bankes   In the absence of Mr Bankes, it was agreed that Mr Page continue to chair the meeting.   1.    Minutes of previous meetings. (18th April, 2017) approved and signed. 2.    Matters arising from previous minutes (1). 2.1 HS2 Update Mr Patterson reported that the Wardington HS2 Action Group had a meeting with OCC Highways on the 27th April for an update on the HS2 mitigation measures.

Set Friday 21st of July as a date in your diaries, for this is when Wardington Village Cinema will be next screening the film voted by the previous events audience! Rounders Match – Saturday 3rd June, 2:30pm

WARDINGTON CRICKET CLUB ROUNDERS MATCH 2.30 pm This Saturday, the 3rd of June we are having a game of Rounders! All are welcome to come along. There will also be a bar, a BBQ and a raffle. Please come along and support us. Just turn up on the day and play!

The Warbler, May 2017 edition, now online

We have now added the May 2017 edition of The Warbler to the website, which can be downloaded here: MAY 17 Warbler (PDF 15Mb). Please note that we have recently implemented a new email system behind the scenes because some users were reporting that emails weren't arriving or were being marked as spam.
