The Wardington Village Cinema shows films for the community, so we thought it only right to give the community the opportunity to vote for the next film to be shown. The Friends of St. Mary Magdalene are pleased to announce that the very popular Call My (Wine) Bluff will be returning once again on Friday February 28th. Supported by SH Jones of Banbury, there will be six wines on the night: A glass of something to welcome you, which will be the first bluff, followed by two white wines and three red wines. Everyone will then form teams of 5 or 6, ready for the competition to begin! Each of the wines will be described by three "bluffers", but only one will be telling the truth. Welcome a respite from the current miserable weather? This Friday evening (7th Feb) at the Memorial Hall - Wardington Cinema are screening 'Sunshine on Leith'..............a 2013 British musical directed by Dexter Fletcher. It is an adapation of the hit stage show of the same name feature songs by the Proclaimers.
