£500 raised from the Cambridge Voices concert
A huge thank you to everyone who attended the Cambridge Voices concert which raised £500 to support St Mary Magdalene. Particular thanks go to the magnificent choir who gave us such a wonderful performance and who so generously donated their time. St Mary Magdalene is a Grade I listed building and relies on the generosity of supporters to keep it maintained and looking beautiful in the heart of the village. If you were unable to attend the concert, please do consider coming to another of the various events throughout the year that support our church. The next scheduled event is the Harvest Supper on Saturday 5th October 2024.

Safari Supper raises over £600
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who attended the Safari Supper on Friday evening. The event raised a fantastic £640 for the St Mary Magdalene fabric fund, which helps maintain the Grade I listed church at the heart of our village. Thank you too to all those who generously hosted, made the delicious canapés and amazing puddings. The evening was great fun with new friends made and the Memorial Hall bar extremely well supported until last orders at 11pm. We'll be back in 2025 for another mid-summer Safari Supper!

Mothering Sunday service at 10:30am tomorrow, 10th March
Please join us at St Mary Magdalene, Wardington, at 10:30am for an informal Mothering Sunday service. There will be posies for all the mothers, and home-made cake and coffee after the service. All are welcome for this celebration of mums!
