MID-SUMMER SAFARI SUPPER 2017 Friday 23rd June, 7.15pm at St. Mary Magdalene Building on the success of the past ten years the Friends of St. Mary Magdalene Church in Wardington, would like to invite you to take part in this very popular event, designed to provide the opportunity for villagers old and new to meet and socialise whilst raising funds to maintain our beautiful Church. Scarecrow Competition: Weekend of 10th & 11th June Village Fete: Sunday 11th June The Scarecrow competition will run for the week running up to the Fete. Create a scarecrow based on a children's book and display it in front of your house. £5 entry fee, collect an entry form from Jane Meredith, Orchard Cottage, Mount Pleasant, Wardington (first house on the left as you turn left just past Barn Farm Plants if you're coming into the village from the A361). A downloadable form will be posted here as soon as possible. The Fete will take place in the Manor gardens on Sunday 11th June between 2 and 5pm.
