The Theory of Everything is the story of the most brilliant physicist of our time, Stephen Hawking, and Jane Wilde the arts student he fell in love with whilst studying at Cambridge in the 1960s. Spring Litter Picking in Wardington

Spring Litter Picking in the Village Can you help? A small group has volunteered to litter pick again this year. We almost have the village covered but two of our stalwarts (Patricia & Greg Peters ) have moved away. They covered Upper Wardington from the Plough onwards. Amanda Pascoe will do what she can but needs some support. It doesn’t take long. A lot can be achieved in an hour or so. It can be done anytime to suit you in the first week in May. The Council provides picking sticks, gloves, plastic bags and fluorescent jackets. Our Parish Clerk, Mitch, has arranged for them to be available at The Bishops House from Friday May 1st. Friday night at the movies!!!

Wardington Village cinema are screening the '100 Foot Journey' this Friday evening in the Memorial Hall.  Doors open 7.30pm, film commences at 8pm. The Kadam family leaves India for France where they open a restaurant directly across the road from Madame Mallory's Michelin-starred eatery - comedy starring Helen Mirren, Om Puri and Manesh Dayal. Tickets can be purchased on the door.  Standard: £6.00/concessions £4:00 (price includes a complimentary ice cream).

He reported that during HS2 construction it is estimated that there will be up to 1300 large goods vehicles travelling daily on the A361 through Wardington to the HS2

Burglary – The Greensward, Wardington. Saturday 21st March at 9.15pm. Three males have forced entry to a home. They were seen by a neighbour making off in a vehicle. Friday night is film night at the Memorial Hall!!!
