Banbury parkrun

On 27th September in the review of the Community Led Plan Questionnaire, it was identified (among many other points) that a number of submissions had indicated they would like it if a Wardington running club was set up. I too enjoy running as a form of fitness and although at the moment do not have the time to organise a Wardington running club as such, I thought it worthwhile to bring to the attention of those interested, the newly set-up Banbury parkrun.   parkrun organise free, weekly, 5km timed runs in parks around the the country, and rely on volunteers to organise each event.  They are open to everyone, are free, and are safe and easy to take part in.
