Matters arising from previous meetings 1.1 HS2 The HS2 petition was lodged to parliament on August 14th by the HS2 Action Group and Pinsent Masons solicitors. Matters arising from previous meetings 1.1 HS2 The council met with MP Victoria Prentis on June 12th at Wardington Manor. Thank you to Bridget and Forbes Elworthy for hosting the occasion. Victoria Prentis agreed with concerns about HGV traffic and is keen to work to find a solution. She has since undertaken to arrange for representatives from HS2

He reported that during HS2 construction it is estimated that there will be up to 1300 large goods vehicles travelling daily on the A361 through Wardington to the HS2
