Temporary Traffic Regulation Order – S14 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Temporary Road Closure and weight restriction – at Wardington, A361 Williamscott Hill In the interests of public safety it will be necessary for Oxfordshire County Council to close a short section of A361at Williamscott near Wardington to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works. Also to implement a temporary weight limit restriction on the side roads off the A361 at Williamscott, leading to Chacombe and Upper Wardington. A Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) is being made to implement the temporary closure and will operate from 18 July 2016. The estimated duration of the works is 2 weeks. This Saturday (March 19th) Wardington Village Cinema will be Screening "The Lady in the Van" - Alan Bennett's big screen comedic adaptation of his own iconic memoir, starring Dame Maggie Smith. The Wardington Village Fete will be held in the Manor gardens on 14th June between 2 and 5pm.
