TARGETING SUMMERTIME ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR Cherwell District Council and Thames Valley Police have joined forces over the summer to combat noise complaints and antisocial behaviour through Operation Jazz. Operation Jazz swings into action every Friday and Saturday night from 9pm to 3am until 12 September. A key focus for Operation Jazz will be to target known gathering spots for underage drinking, street drinking and house parties.
